Worker Representatives: Set up of Worker Representatives by means of open election among the workforce since year 2009. Every worker representatives are trained and encouraged as the communication channels between employees and the company. |

Certification Goals: Challenging quantified goals as means of Employee Involvement and Empowerment – SA8000 Certificate attained since year 2011, ISO14001 certification goal in year 2017 by our team efforts.
